Shipping in Israel
When payment is made, the order will be processed and sent:
- By registered airmail, arrival up to 7 days of business – at no extra charge
- By courier post to your home, within 1-3 days of business – 35 shekels
- Self pickup. You may collect your order yourself, by arrangement with the ALIT gallery shop during hours of business.
We are not responsible for delays in arrival that are beyond our control
Shipping Abroad
When payment is made, the order will be processed and sent:
- By registered airmail, arrival up to 12 days of business – free shipping
- By Ecopost to your home, within 7 days of business; 12 days of business to Australia
This service includes the following countries:
Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, U.K., U.S.

Return and Exchange Policy
If you are not satisfied with the choice of jewelry that you made, you are entitled to replace it with another, to receive store credit, or to receive a cash refund.
We will accept jewelry back as long as it has not been worn, it is not damaged, and it is returned along with the receipt and in its original box. A product that has been damaged through misuse will not be accepted.
Our return and exchange policy pertain to Internet sales only.
Exchange Policy
The request for a refund must be made within seven days of business from the day you received the product.
Please email us within seven days of business from when you received the product or return it physically to the gallery shop in Jerusalem.
One exchange only will be allowed per purchase.
If the product arrived damaged, it will be replaced free of charge.
Return Policy
The piece of jewelry may be returned within 14 days from the day of purchase, and you will receive a full refund, in accordance with the law, with a 5% cancellation fee.
If you wish to cancel the sale and receive a refund, you must coordinate with us by email within seven days of business and send us the product by registered mail. Alternatively, you can return it physically to the ALIT gallery shop in Jerusalem.
Within 14 days after receiving the jewelry, we will effect a refund to your credit card or Paypal account.
One refund only will be allowed per purchase.
Products purchased online in a sale will not be refunded or exchanged.
